When is tech support offered?

BJT offers technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days week.
What should I do if I encounter technical difficulties?
  1. Send email to support@bjt.net. These emails are tracked and processed by order received and level of urgency.
  2. If you can not send email please call us at (408) 325-0300 and follow the voicemail instruction
  3. If you experience problems after hours please call us at (408) 325-0300 and follow the instructions on our outgoing voicemail message.
  4. For leased line customers: If you do not receive a response from technical support within 30 minutes, contact your account representative.
  5. If you are not a BJT customer but you want to report abnormal network or spamming activities issue generated from our network, please email abuse@bjt.net.
What should I do if I have accounting questions?
  1. Send email to accounting@bjt.net.
  2. If you can not send email please call us at (408)325-0300.
  3. If you still cannot get your problem resolved, please contact support@bjt.net.
If I submit my request to support, how long will it take to be processed?
Report a Problem
Submissions that report problems will be processed right away and completed in the order received and the level of urgency. The more information the customers can provide (web down, email down, etc.) for us, the easier it will be for us to isolate and solve the problem.

Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests (i.e. DNS additions/deletions, Domain requests, set up of email, shell or ftp accounts will be processed in the order received and by level of urgency. Requests submitted Monday through Thursday before 5pm will be completed within two business days. Requests submitted on Friday and over the weekend will be completed by the following Tuesday.
